Here is what we did today:
Choice Time: We gave the children 2 choices - marble run and tabletop easels.
Circle Time: We are going to teach the children learn to recognize their written names in the new semester. We started by covering their pictures up in our attendance book and playing "Peek-a-boo Attendance." The children try to guess whose written name appears on the page before the picture is revealed. We read the book, "Llama, Llama Learns To Share." Julia helped us count 10 noodles in the Mystery Bag.
Snack: Julia brought Animal Crackers and Juice for snack today. Thank you Julia!
Center Time: All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easels.
