May 15, 2017 Monday

Here is what we did today:
Choice Time:  We went outside for Choice Time.

Circle Time:  We read the story, "How Do Dinosaurs Stay Safe?"  Ben helped us count 7 balls in the Mystery Bag.

Snack Time:  Ben brought blueberries, graham crackers and juice for snack.  Thank you Ben!

Center Time:  All of the centers were open but there was no painting at the easel.

Next day is our last day!  Students come at 9:00 and the parents can choose to stay with their child or meet them in the park down the hill at 9:30.  See you then!

May 10, 2017 Wednesday

Here is what we did today:

Choice/Circle Time:  We went outside for Choice Time!  We read the story, "I Aint Gonna Paint No More!"  We counted 10 tongue depressors in the Mystery Bag.

Snack Time:  We celebrated summer birthdays at snacktime with ice cream, brownies, and juice.  Happy Birthday to Maysen, Khloe, Aiden, Ren, Lyndsey and Jade!

Center Time:  All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easels - last day for painting!

May 9, 2017 Tuesday

Here is what we did today:

Choice Time:  We went outside for Choice Time!

Circle Time:  We read 2 stories today - "Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom!"  and "Weather In the Spring."  Callie helped us count 15 dinosaurs in the Mystery Bag.

Snack Time:  Callie brought graham crackers and juice for snack today.  Thank you Callie!

Center Time:  All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.

May 8, 2017 Monday

Here is what we did today:

Choice Time:  We stayed inside and played marble run and shaving cream with paint brushes.

Circle Time:  We read 2 stories - "Weather in the Spring" and "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom."  Aiden helped us count 15 plastic dinosaurs in the Mystery Bag. 

Snack Time:  Aiden brought cheese sticks, graham snacks and juice.  Thank you Aiden!

Center Time:  All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.

May 4, 2017 Thursday

Here is what we did today:

Choice Time:  We stayed inside and played throwing balls at hoops or lacing cards.

Circle Time:  We read the story, "What Makes a Rainbow?"  Ask your children the same question:)!
We counted 13 plastic popsicles in the Mystery Bag.

Snack:  The children practiced scooping their own cereal snack and passing the bowl to their table neighbor.  They also poured their own drink and practiced passing that too.  Isaac and Brooke celebrated their birthdays today.  Happy Birthday Isaac and Brooke!

Center Time:  All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.

Important papers went home with the children.  Please read and call with questions.

May 3, 2017 Wednesday

Here is what we did today:

Choice Time:  We had 3 choices today:  throwing nerf balls at hoops, kicking a soft soccer ball towards the wall, and lacing cards at the table. 

Circle Time:  We read the story, "What Makes A Rainbow?"  Ask your children the same question:)
We counted 13 plastic popsicles in the mystery bag. 

Snack Time:  The preschool provided the snack today because it was cooking day and birthday day.  We practiced scooping our own snack and passing it to our table neighbor.  We also practiced pouring and passing our drinks.  Julia celebrated her birthday today.  Happy Birthday Julia!

Center Time:  All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.
