Here is what we did today:
Choice Time: We allowed the children to choose between the flip boards with the bean bags and the mini magnadoodles.
Circle Time: We read the story, "Rhyming Dust Bunnies." Ask the children where the dust bunnies were at the end of the story. (the vacum cleaner) Charlie helped us count 8 nerf balls in the Mystery Bag. They filled up the container.
Snack Time: Charlie brought chocolate graham crackers, cheese, and juice for snack. Thank you Charlie!
Center Time: All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.
Important papers went home in the back pack today. Please take note.

Here is what we did today:

Choice Time: The children could either play a circle game using number mats or cut string with scissors.
Circle Time: We read the story, "Where Is The Green Sheep?" (Behind a bush, asleep) Ben helped us count 10 bean bags in the Mystery Bag.
Snack Time: Ben brought carrots, tomatoes, ranch dip and juice for snack. Thank you Ben!
Center Time: All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.

Happy Stuffed Animal Day!
Here is what we did:
Choice Time: We played with our stuffed animals using an instructional cd and a blanket fort.
Circle Time: We read the story, "Mrs. Wishy Washy Down on the Farm." Ask the children what made the animals mad at the start of the story. (a bath) Where did the animals go when they were mad? (the city, a restaurant, a hardware store, an animal jail.) Who rescued the animals from the animal jail? (Mrs. Wishy Washy) Cameron helped us count 10 bean bags in the mystery bag and it filled up our container.
Snack Time: Cameron brought teddy grahams and juice for snack. Thank you Cameron!
Center Time: All of the centers were open and there was painting at the easel.

Circle Time: We read the story, "Mrs. Wishy Washy Down on the Farm." Ask your children what made the animals on the farm run away to the city. (A bath) What happened when they were in the city? (They got in trouble and had to go to jail) And who picked the animals up from the jail and took them home? (Mrs. Wishy Washy) Aiden helped us count 6 scarves in the Mystery Bag and it filled up our container.
Snack: Aiden brought Frozen Graham Snacks and juice for snack. Thank you Aiden!

Circle Time: We read the story, "Rainbow Fish." Ask your children what Rainbow Fish did to get the other fish to play with him. (Share his shiny scales.) Tula helped us count 5 bath poofs for the Mystery Bag.It filled up the container to the very top! We also played a little rhyming game called Have You Ever, Ever, Ever?
Snack Time: Tula brought Teddy Grahams and juice for snack. Thank you Tula!
